Chicken Fajitas Recipe

1.5 lbs of bonesless chicken breast
2 whole Bell Peppers sliced.
1 Red Onion cut into rings

Marinade ingredients
2 tablespoons of chilli powder
1/2 tablespoon of cumin
1 tablespoon of Kosher Salt
2 whole oranges (juice squeezed)
Lime or Lemon(juice squeezed)
3 tablespoons of olive oil

Marinade chicken breast for at least 3 hours in the fridge.
Once done marinating, place in a hot oil on a cast iron skillet(I just prefer cast iron cause it cooks evenly) and brown and cook well through.

On another skillet cook your sliced bell peppers and onions on a medium heat skillet. Up to you how well done you like it.

In our house, we like them a little on the crunchier side. Sprinkle some chilli powder, cumin and salt on the veggies as it’s cooking.
Make sure to toss them so that one side is not over done and you cook it evenly.

Serve it on a flour tortilla…add sour cream or hot sauce and devour!
