Chloe’s birthday is two days from Christmas and the likeliness of anyone of her friends being available to celebrate her birthday is slim to none. So with great minds thinking alike(mama and mama’s friends) we threw a tea party for little girls 4 and under. You may call us crazy, but it was well worth it.
