Step 1: Spot your target.
Step 2: Position arms in front of face.
Step 3: Position arms over head.
Step 4: Position hands next to your body.
Step 5: Bend your body like a shape of a banana.
Step 6: Tuck hand in front of face, close your eyes, and swing your body while holding banana pose.
Step 7: Put finger and thumb inside mouth and place other hand on the floor to push self up.
