It’s been way too long!
Really it’s been like a month since I’ve blogged for Thursday Afternoon Coffee. Was it due to not having a stash of coffee around the house for me to sit down with and get my thoughts down or something crazy like being abducted by aliens. Most likely it’s not the latter. Actually, the correct response is computer issues. Yes! I didn’t realize how much chaos it was going to be that my computer was not available. How crazy was it? Not able to edit files and files of pictures for my clients, not able to email clients, not able to access contacts that were in my outlook or my calendar with dates, events, appointments that I needed. 
Life was simpler when I used a wall calendar and I wrote every appointment I had on it…or an address book to keep my contacts. Okay, well that’s really not the issue…the issue is dealing with companies that you buy these warranties from or insurance to cover your broken equipment. Why is it that I have to pull an arm and a leg(well, Shay was doing all of that) for a “complete care” warranty with next day business service to be on my side? Really, we spend money for these things to help us save money?!?! But in the process of saving money, you produce new wrinkles, more gray hairs and high blood pressure. Is that really saving money…or losing some of your life?
Anyways…I’m back! Thankful that I got a new refurbished faster computer! Much faster, much lighter in weight. Thank you to my hubby Shay for being the techie you are and being persistent with talking to Dell Customer Service. I don’t know how well I could have kept my composure while talking to them on the phone…being pregnant has it’s limits.
Do enjoy the pics of my sweet lil Chloe…one of the greatest things I get to do in this life is being a mom to such a sweet and spunky lil girl. Love her!
