So we’ve been planning this day for months! I think we even forgot that we had bought the tickets. I made sure many many months ago to put the tickets next to the calendar so that we wouldn’t forget that we had it. The night before we told the kids that we had a surprise for them for the next day and kept the secret even the day of. On our drive up to Perris, CA, Chloe says, “This place we are going to doesn’t seem like it’s anything.” The comment she made was due to the fact that the drive up to Perris was a little bare. It looked like we were going out to the desert of no return…but to their surprise they finally got to their surprise destination.
